My name is Lynn Beston and I welcome you to the

I have been in the health care industry as a Registered General Nurse and Nurse Manager for over seventeen years; working within the NHS, care/nursing homes and community based services since 1991.
Care Comply was established to offer an impartial support service to the care industry to help raise medication awareness to ensure consistency of regulatory compliance.
My vocation within the company involves working in partnership with care service owners and managers, to significantly help and improve working practices and attitudes throughout their workforce to provide a better service and help safeguard Service Users from unnecessary medication errors.

Having been a qualified health professional for over 26 years I have broadened my skills with many aspects of training leading me to become a Professional Motivation and Performance Coach.
As a Care Comply coach, I've practiced this method with considerable success. If we don't learn from the past, we are doomed to repeat the same mistakes and have the same problems over and over again. Then, we'll never grow and develop as a person; we'll effectively stagnate both emotionally and intellectually.
Performance coaching enables a business to help employees succeed. To help compliance when measured outcomes and results are required both in audit situations or staff supervisions and appraisals
I use my Training package for ALL staff levels to motivate, inspire, empower and involve the individual to move towards and achieve the highest standards possible.
Together with the practical skills of Compliance Training we use our bespoke programme to involve the group or individual to support and project performance to a state of sustained excellence.
